GREAT ESCAPES
Seven great days out in Pembrokeshire
Pembrokeshire is one of those little jewels in the UK's crown which really shine. It boasts some of the most superb beaches you'll find anywhere, as well as the smallest national park in Britain, incorporating a coastal path some 180 miles long. Yet Pembrokeshire is more than just beaches, walks and Britain's smallest cathedral city. There are castles, museums, theme parks, and arts and crafts, too. We visited as many places as possible so that we could put together seven, individual day outings from which you can pick'n'mix. For instance, if you drive to St David's via the A487, you can stop at a motor museum at Simpson Cross on the way. So, mix and match your week of trips from the days out we've tried here ...
