Normandy is easily accessible and one of France’s most popular regions as it offers a wealth of holiday pursuits.
It consists of five départements: Calvados, Eure, Manche, Orne and Seine-Maritime. Each boasts so many appealing qualities that a normal holiday period never seems long enough.
To get the most out of our trip to Normandy we toured Calvados, which occupies the central north coast and heartland, and Manche in the west.
