USEFUL INFO
Getting there
If you're travelling from the South of England, pick up the M6 and follow it north until it becomes the A74, which in turn becomes the A74(M) and then the M74. The most direct route is to fight your way through Glasgow to join the A82. Beyond the city limit this turns into a beautiful route north that brings you to the shores of Loch Lomond. However, there are some extremely narrow stretches towards the north of the loch, which can lead to some heart-in-mouth moments. the Great Glen.
