After big changes to the Awards for last year, we’ve kept things the same in 2009, but a changing market has given the awards a different focus. Dealers and manufacturers are telling us that there is a lot of activity in the mid-ranges and in more affordable models. Add to that the popularity of large family caravans and there was plenty for us to consider when deliberating which models were worthy of our coveted Tourer of the Year awards.
